Lesson learned: retired my whole AI "team" this week. Only Claude now.

One lesson, learned the hard way, written down so it only has to happen once.

Thought it'd be a roster edit. It was 32 edits across 5 rule files. More paperwork than my Army out-processing 😂

A role isn't a name on a list. It's every place that name was a gate.
